Truly a complete outdoor oven, the Pizza Oven boasts a ceramic glass viewing window in the easy access oven door to the pizza stone or baking rack. This model (#5660) highlights the state-of-the-art black glass control panel featured on Echelon gas grills. Providing digital touchscreen thermostatic operation, this model also boasts integrated smart technology for operation with a smartphone and an internal temperature probe for monitoring cooking temperatures.

Constructed from durable Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) and easily assembled on-site, our island systems are designed specifically for Fire Magic equipment and make a stunning outdoor kitchen. GFRC derives its strength from a high dosage of alkali-resistant glass fiber and acrylic polymer that is flexible without cracking. The island bases are a textured Smoke finish complemented with contrasting polished GFRC Black countertops that provide a handsome concrete look that works in most any backyard. Island and grill components ordered separately.

Designed to fit your Fire Magic gas grill, these stainless steel griddle accessories are perfect for outdoor cooking of everything from fried rice and fajitas to bacon and eggs.

Featuring heavy duty ¼” thick 304 stainless steel construction, the griddles come in three sizes to fit most Fire Magic gas grills. The 3515A size may also be used with a Fire Magic power burner with use of 3683 adapter. Note the 12” wide (#3518) version takes the place of one cooking grid on Echelon E1060, E790 and Aurora A790 grills and two cooking grids on E660 or A660 models. The 3515A and 3516A take the place of two cooking grids on all compatible models. All models include an easy-to-clean, removable drip tray.
